Things we don’t do:

• Major building works (extensions, loft conversions, etc) these are specialist jobs and require specialist trades people
• Electrical works – we are not certified electricians
• Gas works – we are not Gas Safe registered
• Promise something we can’t deliver
• Charge a call out fee
